Terms and Conditions
- Liability: Arizona TCG accepts liability for loss or damage to the consigned cards once they are in Arizona TCG's possession.
- Stolen Property: Consignor agrees that the consigned cards are not stolen property and that Consignor has the legal right to consign the cards to Arizona TCG.
- ArizonaTCG uses a unified consignor payout schedule for all services (Weekly Auctions and Buy‑It‑Now). Your payout is a percentage of the final sale price per the table below.

Under $100 88% − $5
For items that sell under $100, your payout is 88% of the final sale price minus $5 (small‑order adjustment). The payout amounts above apply to both Weekly Auctions and Buy‑It‑Now. Optional add‑on: Priority Listing is +$2 per card when selected. Effective date: January 1, 2026. Submissions initiated before this date are honored under the prior fee schedule unless otherwise agreed. Note: “Payout amount” is the amount remitted to you under our model after our commission and standard marketplace costs are accounted for. - I understand that once the graded trading cards have been sold, Arizona TCG will pay me the remaining balance of the sale price minus the commission fee.
- This Agreement will remain in effect until all items submitted by you have been sold or returned to you.
- eBay Auction Policy: The consignor acknowledges and agrees to comply with eBay's auction policies, which prohibit bidding on one's own items. This includes, but is not limited to, using alternate accounts, asking friends or family to bid, or any other form of artificial price manipulation. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of this consignment agreement, a ban from using our service in the future and potential consequences from eBay.
- Payment: Payment for the consigned cards will be made within one week of the sale of the cards (typically on the 6th day after paymet is recieved from eBay buyer).
