You can consign any graded trading card with us. While we have a special focus on all eras of Pokémon cards, we're excited to work with collectors of all types of trading cards, including sports cards.
It's straightforward: you send us your graded cards, and we handle everything from there. We list your cards on our eBay store, deal with buyers, and ensure your cards get the visibility they deserve. We charge a small service fee from the final sale price, offering you hassle-free selling and access to a massive pool of buyers in return.
Getting started is easy! Here's what you need to do:
Create an Account: Sign up with ArizonaTCG to kick things off.
Log In and Submit: Once you're logged in, head over to the submission portal found in your dashboard. Select the type of submission you're making.
Package and Send: Fill us in with a few details about the cards you're sending. Then, package them securely and ship them to us.
Wait and collect your payout: We handle all the work from there on. Payouts are sent on the 6th day after payment is received for the card.
We believe in transparency and fair pricing. Our service fee is based on a tiered payout structure that rewards higher-value cards with higher payouts. Cards selling between $100 and $999 pay out 88%, while cards selling under $100 also pay out 88% with a $5 flat fee applied to cover processing costs. For higher-value cards, payouts increase as the sale price rises - reaching up to 96% on cards selling for $7,500 or more. This ensures competitive payouts across all price ranges while allowing us to cover selling, payment processing, and operational expenses so you don’t have to.

We process payouts on the 6th day after your cards are paid for from the eBay buyer. For example, if your card gets paid for on a Sunday you will receive payout on the upcoming Saturday. You will receive your payment via PayPal, with additional options to be introduced soon. There are no hidden payout fees; what you see is what you get. You can also follow your payouts closely, with a detailed breakdown available on the payouts page of your user dashboard found here - payouts.
Securely package your cards and send them our way. We recommend a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind. We accept shipments through USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL with specific addresses available for each. Don't forget to enter your tracking number on the orders page in your dashboard. Once your cards arrive, we'll notify you and prepare them for auction.
Your account dashboard is your window to every stage of the consignment process. From current auction prices to final sales and detailed payout information, everything is at your fingertips. We'll also keep you updated on your cards' status and sales through email throughout the entire process.
Yes, definitely! We just ask that you reach out to us at support@arizonatcg.com and let us know that you will be arranging for PSA/CGC to ship your graded cards directly to us. This way we can be on the lookout for your submission and begin the process of listing and selling your cards right away. Please make sure to add the PSA/CGC submission number to the comments/requests section of the AZTCG Submission.
Absolutely no limits! Whether you have a handful of cards or a vast collection, we're fully equipped to manage large volumes of cards. Our team is prepared to handle your consignment needs, big or small, ensuring each card gets the attention it deserves.
Yes, you can! If you have specific requests or preferences for how your cards are handled, such as spreading out duplicates over several auctions to maximize exposure and potential returns, just let us know. You can add any special instructions or requests in the comments/requests section of the submission portal. We will make sure to tailor the consignment process to meet your needs.
We don't set reserve prices for our auctions. Based on our experience, we've found that the extra fees for setting reserves don't really pay off. For example, a reserve price of $3300 comes with a non-refundable fee of $247. If the card doesn’t sell or the buyer doesn't pay, you're still out the fee, and it applies again if you decide to relist. Long story short, it's usually not worth it. We aim to make selling your cards as straightforward and cost-effective as possible, without the hassle and risk of extra reserve fees.
Your cards are safe with us. We store all consigned cards securely and handle them with the utmost care. In the unlikely event of damage or loss while in our possession, we've got you covered.
Due to the nature of eBay auctions, there are times when a card doesn’t get paid for. While we go the extra mile to secure payment from buyers, there are occasions when it's just not possible. In such instances, your card will be promptly relisted in the next upcoming auction. Rest assured, when you choose our auction service, we guarantee your card will sell. Our commitment is to ensure a smooth and successful selling experience for you, every step of the way.
